Also 9/07-5/15/10 Full Fall to Winter Season 1- 1/2 hours from Manhattan. Westhampton in the fall/winter retains its charm - restaurants, movies, shopping, beach, without summer crowds! Prefer a long term renter for winter Good schools. 3 miles to synogogue. Totally redecorated charming 3 bedroom house. Raised ceiling and beams in living room, bay windows and sanded floors. Wood-burning stove. Lovely screened porch overlooking private garden and bluestone path. 7 minute drive to beach. Painted in shades of aqua and beige, with country furniture, comfortable beds and a wood burning enamel stove. In a quiet, unpretentious area of West Hampton, only 5 minutes to town, 7 minutes to the ocean and great beaches! 3 miles exactly to the Westhampton Synogogue. Nearest Beach: beach at 5 Miles

Spend the fall, and winter in front of a cozy fire. Walk on the beach, cold but beautiful in the winter. Have hot chocolate at the Westhampton Bakery, all decorated for the season, as is the town. In the spring, you can sit on the beach, swim on the beach, watch the sunset on the beach - you get the idea. Exactly three miles to the Hampton Synogogue. There are, of course, theatres, movies, great restaurants on the water, boating, hiking, museums, discos/dancing, etc. Easy drive, without the summer crowds, to Southhampton, East Hampton and/or Montauk. Great fresh fruits and vegetables from nearby farms. Beautiful views for painting.
