Antique home bordering on the salt marsh (leading to the Bay) in historic Barnstable Village. You'll know you are on Cape Cod when you vacation here! Three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, family room, living room and utility room. Fully equipped kitchen includes Jen Air stove top, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes and flatware. Cable, TV, VCR, stereo and CD player. Linens are included. Deck adjoining family room affords perfect view of the changing marsh, birds and beautiful sunsets.

Located north of 6A, this home is 1/2 mile from the Barnstable Village Millway Beach (an easy walk). Before arriving at the beach you will pass quaint Barnstable harbor (many deep sea fishing boats here for hire), public boat slip, whale boat and gift shop, fish and seafood market with outside informal dining and a popular Harborview restaurant. The village center is also 1/2 mile from this home. Historic Coast Guard Museum, art galleries located on 6A are a short walk. The mid-Cape highway, Route 6 is easily accessible (5-10 minutes). Food shopping, gas, malls, movies, etc. near busy #l32 can be reached quickly and easily by using a 'back road' shortcut. Island ferries, Cape Cod Hospital and downtown Hyannis are about l5 minutes away. In short, 'location, location, location' is a perfect description for this rental!
