Villa Poseidon sited on the peninsula close to the very attractive romantic old town of Kas famous for the historic lycian way. Kas area offers magnificent walks with many interesting archaeological sites. The villa is very secluded with uninterrupted views overlooking the sea. There is a private swimming platform accessing the sea 100 meter from the Villa. Facing west the sunset from the balconies is spectacular. The large pool has an infinity edge adding interest to the outlook. The pool and house is surrounded with large terraces and has a magnificent sheltered courtyard. This is one of the most luxurious villas in the region built to the highest standard and is the prized home of Derek & Susan. Fully fitted out as only a real home can be it contains all the necessary equipment. Home, garden & pool and is fully maintained.This large 320square metre villa has all spacious bedrooms all on suite with sea facing views.A large fully equiped kitchen.Large well appointed lounge.

Notes: The villa is located on a steep hill and requires car to visit town centre which is about 3km away. There is an half hourly local bus service from top of the road. Local car rental is approx £25/day. We prefer limited persons to share villa and would consider a reduction to allow for this.We have cleaning staff who visit and clean once a week.A handy is on call and maintains and cleans the pool.
