Short distance to Christmas Cove, well-known yacht anchorage and summer community with excellent restaurant. Easy access to sandy beach, Pemaquid Lighthouse, scenic areas and shopping. House comfortably furnished inside and out. Accommodations for 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.

Daily excursion boat from New Harbor to offshore Monhegan Island with many artists' studios and walking trails. Explore the inlets of John's Bay and Damariscotta River by kayak (rentals available in Damariscotta). Golf course 5 miles away. Shopping and antiquing in the area.

This was our 2nd visit to this property. We previously stayed for 1 week in 2003. This is a great vacation home value. It is located on a working harbor and there was an abundance of boats. They also had a floating dock and a row boat for our use. Location was also good for sightseeing midcoast Maine. Am considering renting again next summer.
