Lovely 4 bedroom, 1 bath beach house in sought after Island view Beach Association. House is 50 feet from the beach and has beautiful waterviews. Sit on the beach during the day and watch the sunset over the water from the deck at night. The home has plenty of space to spread out in. Enjoy one of the sandiest beaches Connecticut has to offer. Walk for miles at low tide from one sandbar to the next. Enjoy cool bay breezes while relaxing in the sun porch.
