Cottage has three floors, the first floor being an open living room and kitchen, the second is a screened, glassed in porch with a dining and lounging area with a beautiful ocean view perfect for entertaining. Third floor has two bedrooms with water views. Less than two hours from NYC, get away to this New England treasure.

A perfect beach house, a perfect beach in a perfect town. We loved our weeks vacation in July of 2006 and plan on coming back year after year.

Our family stayed in the Little Cottage in the summer of 2005, and we have renewed for 2006. The house retains much of the charm associated with older, traditional seaside cottages of the 1920's providing an authentic feel and adding to the unique experince. The shared outdoor space and immediate landscape encouraged social interaction with other families which added to the positive experince.

My parents from out of town were visiting last summer for a month. Seeing that I have a very small house, they rented the "Little House" for their stay. They had a wonderful time. They were especially impressed by the beautiful location of the cottage and the private sandy beach. They also enjoyed many days just sitting in the yard enjoying the ocean breezes. They would definitely return if they are able to stay for an extended visit in the future.

This cottage was truly a pleasure. We were a stone's throw from a beautiful beach. What a special getaway within our home state!! We highly recommend this cottage for anyone who loves victorian charm, sounds of the ocean and the privacy of a hidden retreat.
