This house offers a dazzling array of large bedrooms, open layout and lots of bathrooms. The master bath has a huge roman tub and separate shower. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for large family gatherings. The dining room seats 16 comfortably. Central air makes living here a joy. Far away from the bustle of the city, you will never want to leave this home once you are here. This is the finest in East End living in a truly privileged estate setting. Hampton Bays is famous for its miles upon miles of pristine sandy ocean beaches, Peconic shoreline, coves, creeks, ponds, and the Shinnecock Canal connecting the Great Peconic Bay to the Shinnecock Bay. A Wonderful Family Reunion

We had been planning this family reunion for at least a year, trying to get all of our family together. This is the first time we were all together in 5 years. We all agreed that this was the best place that we have ever stayed at. We had a short walk to our own private beach, plenty of room in the house for the whole family and the kids, and a large back yard and deck area where we could all eat together and catch up. The house was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. There was even a DVD library, which had something for everyone. Even though we were in a secluded area, we were only a short dirve into town. We would definitely return to this house again.

Paradise by the Beach

I just have to let you know what a wonderful time my family and I had this past June in your beautiful Hampton Hideaway. This is my 2nd time renting from you and this time was just as good as the first time. The pool area and BBQ were great. The way the house is hidden it was like being in our own piece of paradise. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with TV's in every room, enough for the kids to watch what they wanted without fighting for the remote. A short walk to the beach was just the ticket for me and my husband when we need a little R & R from the kids and my in laws. I can hardly wait to book again for next summer!

PERFECT VACATION SPOT

We stayed here in July of 2008 and this gorgeous contemporary home was the perfect vacation for our family. The open living room with skylights made us feel like we were always outdoors. The gourmet kitchen had enough dishes, glasses and utensils to serve not only our family but the United States Army as well. TV's in every bedroom was perfect for our little ones as they could watch their own shows. All of us had lounge chairs (14 family members) and we had extra outdoor dining tables and chairs. This was truly the perfect vacation home for us. We had everything we needed to make our perfect annual family holiday get together. Thank you Marilyn for getting us the crib we needed as well. Look forward to seeing you again this year.

WE FOUND THE PERFECT HOUSE!!

Over the years, we have stayed at various houses in the Hamptons, and this is the best by far. Everything we needed was in this wonderful house. The rooms were clean and spotless, and the decor was impeccible. Immediately after our stay, we all decided that this is the house that we will return to again and again

THE BEST VACATION EVER

We loved staying at this house. We could not get our kids out of the pool. They were in all day, and if they could all night as well. We had wonderful BBQ's on the spacious deck and cocktails in the hot tub. There were plenty of outdoor tables and chairs to accommodate everyone. The rooms were spacious and charming. We can't wait to go back again next summer.
