This property offers a wonderful patio room with concrete floor ideal for entertaining. The rest of the house boasts oak hardwood floors throughout and a beautiful tile kitchen floor and quartz counter tops. Relax in front of the remote controlled gas stone fireplace that allows you to see between the kitchen and living room. Facing South West you will have very nice views of sunsets. This cottage sits on 2.5 acres with 400 feet of waterfront ideal for swimming and boating.
