This wonderful 5 bedroom home backs onto a beautiful lake. Lie by the pool and relax as you look over the lake and listen to the sounds of Florida. Located in the gated community of Reserve at Town Centre our home is within minutes of Walt Disney World and close proximity to numerous golf courses. It has dual master suites, a double third bedroom and 2 twin rooms and also has a private lanai with screened, heated pool. The house is fully furnished and air conditioned. Within 20 minutes drive from the airport and the Atlantic or Gulf coasts are within an hours' drive. No smoking.

Tranquil Lakeside Property: Our home is just off the I4 at exit 58 - 10 minutes drive from Magic Kingdom and several other theme parks. We are adjecent to many golf courses, Champions Gate, Renunion, Providence, Mystic Dunes to name a few. We are south facing in a quiet gated community overlooking a lake.

This house was great! It was close to Walt Disney World and we still had a quiet place to return to so we (the exhausted parents) could relax and the kids could swim in the pool. I would be happy to give a reference to anyone who is thinking about renting this house, just e-mail me.

This house couldn't be more perfect. The house is
Much better then pictures and words can describe.
Phil and Rory with the help of Howard made the
whole rental process easy and very convienent. My
family and I stayed in the House from 3/17/09 to
3/23/09. The house is located so close to all Orlando
attractions and was spotless in a safe quiet
neighborhood. I can't say enough about the beautiful
heated pool, my two year old didn't want to leave.
We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to
furture vacations there.

My family and I stayed in this house June 27- July 25 and we really enjoyed it. Everything was well kept and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the private pool. Much better than staying in a hotel, and the price was very reasonable. My family would stay here again.

This house was a wonderful place to stay in my family's trip to Disney in June, 2008. Plenty of space for my family of 7 and the kids had an absolute ball in the pool and staying in their "new" bedrooms. I would HIGHLY recommend this property as a great alternative to hotels in the area. Couldn't have been any better of an experience for us!
