Meticulous luxury home located on Smokehouse Bay with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico this luxurious home will exceed all expectations. Beautifully landscaped- property boasts numerous types of tropical plants & trees including Royal & Queen Palms & many other flowering species of plants. Most unique feature is its location. Located at end of a very quiet cul-de-sac with virtually no traffic on this street. Home in area of equal high quality. Exposure is extraordinary in December/early January, actually allows one to enjoy sunrise and sunset over the water. Home features individually controlled stereo in virtually every room in the home, including the lanai, master bath and bedroom and mirrored exercise room. Waterfront family room is unique in that it has two sets of triple sliders which meet at a corner. When opened they virtually disappear into the walls, leaving no support post in the corner, providing you with the feeling that your living areas are actually outdoors.

Exercise room with treadmill, bench, weights, stereo, TV and mirrors so you can watch the weight disappear and feel great about lounging later in the day. Decorated & furnished by one of Naples leading interior design companies. All furnishings and design colors, both interior and exterior, were carefully selected by the design company. All materials used were of the highest caliber from the masonry driveway pavers to the granite surfaces in the kitchen. Dear Mardis Family,
We loved staying at your Rockport property. The house is beautiful as is the location. My sons loved the pool and spa. Len and I enjoyed just watching the boats and dolphins from the lanai. The entire house was just as beautiful as the website described.
We have been coming to Marco for 10 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed.
We hope to return for many years to follow.

Your Marco Island home is lovely! We enjoyed every minute we spent in the house, from the designer kitchen to the lofty family room, the comfortable bedrooms to the fabulous pool and hot tub. But I think we stayed out on the lanai most of our time at the house - what a relaxing and beautiful view, especially with the occasional boat traffic to make it interesting. The kids thought having their own pool was 100 times better than using a hotel pool! And one member of our party, who knows quite a bit about building houses, felt the house was extremely well-built and exquisitely decorated. We would love to stay in your home again and would recommend it to anyone!
