Well maintained, adorable owner used ranch with a 5 minute walk to beach. Newly renovated bedrooms, bathroom, and new appliances. Tile kitchen floor and air conditioned living area. Large yard for the ideal volleyball game!

Scarborough beach a 5 minute walk and many others within a few minutes drive. 5 minute drive to Block Island ferry. 25 minute drive to Newport. 45 minutes to the worlds largest casino - Foxwoods! Minutes away from miniature golf, bumper boats and batting cages. Ideal location for that family bike ride - bring your bikes! Deep sea fishing charters or tour the docks for the freshest catch around.

we just loved this house as did our relatives that stopped in to visit.We will look to stay there again when we venture to RI beach for another family reunion.
