Photos and Description of this Marathon holiday 4 BR, 5 BA, Sleeps 10

Pool home located (mm 54.5) in the middle of the Florida Keys on the island of Marathon. Large 35 ft by 15 Ft. private heated pool being with paver decking, hammock and two tiki huts for plenty of shade. All 4 bedrooms are large rooms all with there own full bathroom and 2 of them with a screened in balcony over looking Bonefish Bay. Renovation in 2007 to 2008 including granite and wood gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new windows and French doors and a brand new Spanish tile roof. Large veranda's on each floor overlooking awesome sunsets over Bonefish Bay. This is a great location for kayaking. Also, the use of heated pool on natural sandy at Cocoplum beach is only 1/3 mile away. Furthermore, there is a 135 foot deep water dock with quick access to ocean. Dock has 30 AMP and 50 AMP power. Fans are in every room. Everything comes with home, sun lounges, gazebo on dock, barbecue, large bait freezer and DVD/CD or VCR in every room. Relax in hammocks and watch the sunset

We have just returned from spending a week with our friends in this property. Set up was perfect, parents had master suite each, while our children two boys age 17 and two girls age 19 and 20 had the twin rooms. When we weren't out visiting all the nearby attractions we loved relaxing on the upstairs balcony enjoying the breeze. House was ideally situated for all of the Keys attractions. We also hired a boat for 3 days and and tied it up at the dock. Spending the days snorkelling and visiting the various restaurants that can be reached by boat. Pool was lovely, and we had our very own Godzilla the Iguana who kept us company. The surround sound system for the TV made such a difference as the lounge is very large and TV would not normally be heard so well. We had a problem with one of the ACs but having notified the management repairman arrived within the hour.

We had a ball and only wish we were still there!
