***We are offering a last minute SPECIAL of $999 for the week July 18-25! This is for the 2-story home. 3 minute walk to the OCEAN and BEACH! 2 wonderful, family homes located mid-Cape, in the HEART OF CAPE COD!! 2 attached homes, rent 1or both for larger groups!! NOT a duplex, these are 2 nice size homes that are attached. They have 2 separate entrances, 1 in front, and one on the side. Each home sleeps 7+. 3 bedrooms per home, as well as sitting/living room, indoor & outdoor dining areas, fully enclosed outdoor shower, porch/deck, multiple picnic tables/chairs, washer & dryer! Very private too, due to separate entrances. Can not hear between homes either as there is brick dividing them. LOTS of parking as well. Please email for more pictures or availability.

This property is our family's Summer home. We try to enjoy it as often as possible, but when we can't, we like to share them with other families so they can enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Walk to the family beach and enjoy the playground and snack bar. Go for walks along the beach, go biking. Charter a boat for fishing or rent water skiing equipment. Go golfing! We are located mid-Cape next to Hyannis, which is wonderful for sight-seeing, go up to the beautiful towns of Chatham, Welfleet and Provincetown OR catch the ferries to Martha's Vinyard. S. Yarmouth: Centrally located on Cape Cod, you can partake in any or all of the activities including beaches, shopping, Cape Cod National Seashore, golf, historic and cultural events, theaters, biking and hiking trails, fishing, boating, whale watching, fine dining, and more. For the kids, there's also mini golfing, trampolines, go carts and more!

  • Rate is per Home!! If renting both homes, rate is doubled.
  • Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
    Check-in time is 4pm (NO EARLY CHECK-IN due to cleaning)
    Check-out time is 10am
  • In order to reserve your stay, 1/2 of the rental fee plus a refundable deposit rate of $250 is required. Deposit is returned if house is left as found and after keys are mailed back.

    The other 1/2 of the rental fee is due 1 month prior to your stay.

    If renting period is less than 1 month away, the full rental rate + deposit is due at time of reservation.

Absolutely GREAT Location and Wonderful Time!!

Just stayed in both of these homes for a large family reunion and we couldn't have had a better time!

Soooo close to the ocean and beach, very quick and easy walk. Great family vacation spot. Easy access to other areas on the Cape due to being mid-Cape.

Both sides are different, yet wonderful. LOTS of room.

Will definitely use again!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

LOVE!!! - 5th Summer in a Row and more to come

Jill & Bill have 2 great homes that we've stayed in the past 5 years, and intend on staying there for more years to come.

We only rented 1 home the first year, and even though it's attached to another home, you really wouldn't know it, no noise in between at all. Then we started renting both homes for extended family members, and the setup of both homes is perfect.

The location is really nice. Really nice family area and a close walk to the beach.

We would recommend these homes to anyone.

Great family vacation!

Wow, what a great vacation and we have two little ones. A four month old and a 3 year old. The house was really nice and so, so quiet. Great walk to the beach. My daughter loved all the ocean creatures we saw....jellyfish,crabs, sand sharks,etc. Thanks Jill for all the great info about the activites around the area. We will definetly be back.

Couldn't be any closer to the ocean!!
LOVE that the homes are side by side with separate entrances. We could see that the owners are always working to insure we enjoyed our stay. Had 1 small request and they fixed it right away.
Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends and family.
