A most interesting house

Very unique and interesting property. Eclectic, Mediterranean-nautical decor with too many details to describe. The working crank phone, coo-coo clock, hat collection, antique tool collection, pitcher pump sink spout and hanging grape arbor in the kitchen are juxtaposed with a great stereo and cd collection, satellite TV, wi-fi and incredible views. Wonderfully done lighting, many interesting details, friendly neighbors and warm water. The crank-out awnings provided shade when desired.
The beach is not wide in front, at high tide the water is right up to the deck stairs, however, there is an open association beach directly to the side of the house that is very nice. Low tide does not reveal any sandbars, just coarse sand/stones sloping to the water. Some days the winds washed great amounts of seaweed onshore- other days the water was quite clear. For walks on the beach you first need to walk down the road a-ways, as the beach nearby is blocked by wooded pilings/walls that extend into the water and are too high to step over. The house is FULLY furnished, it was nice to have all the bath towels and linens needed and comfortable beds. Overall a great place, convenient location and a wonderful experience. Relax and enjoy it.
