Our first floor condo is located on the gulf side, just steps away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico at the Sanibel Moorings Resort. Complete with 2 TVs, 2 DVD/VCR players, stereo/CD player, and Internet access to stay in touch with the real world. Our condo is fully furnished and equipped, with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and garbage disposal. Relax in our private screened lanai, take a stroll on the beach, or soak up the sun. Sanibel Moorings has the ambiance and amenities for rest and relaxation. Sanibel Moorings, located on 6 acres, is well known for its beautifully landscaped courtyards and weekly horticultural tours. Amenities include on-site management, 2 heated swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, linen and maid service, self-service laundry facilities, barbecue grills, cable TV, video & DVD rentals, reading library, complimentary beach chairs and boat dockage, a conference and business center, and friendly and courtesy staff.
