There are two outside decks to enjoy the sea breezes. The location, only one block from the beautiful Narragansett Town Beach, is one of the most desirable in the state. Stay Cool in Summer & Cozy in Winter: You'll enjoy new ceiling fans in most bedrooms. All new beds and bedroom furniture. Updated bathrooms and kitchens as well as new carpeting and paint. There's also a 'peek-a-boo' view of the ocean from top floor bedrooms! All new clapboard siding and exterior paint along with a newly restored, Victorian front porch and rear deck make the house a very welcome and relaxing experience both inside and out. The new oil-fired heating system and house-wrapped insulation makes this classic Victorian a very heat efficient house for winter renters.

There is a tiled kitchen and bath and a living room and 2 bedrooms on both the first and second floors. The third floor has four bedrooms and a tiled bath.
