The property is situated in a quiet residential area with banks, shops and bars all within 5 mins walk. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliance's, including ceramic hob, oven, and a large fridge freezer. A utility room next to the kitchen with washing machine and plenty of storage space, with a door leading to the front and rear of the house. The lounge / dining room is very spacious, with two large sofas and a dining area of six people. TV has BBC, C4 and ITV channels and CD player. There are three bedrooms. Upstairs consists of a double bedroom with patio doors leading onto a large sun terrace, one twin bedroom and a fitted shower/bathroom. A second twin bedroom is on the ground floor with 2nd shower room Outside - The property has high walls and gates, all secure, ideal for families. Patio area and garden with table, chairs, sunloungers. Barbecue, 8*4 metre private pool with roman steps for easy access. We also provide airport transfers

Nearest Airport: Alicante and Murcia at 10 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 2 Miles
Car: not necessary
Villamartin is situated approximately 40 minutes drive South from Alicante, or 20 minutes North from Murcia and is ideally placed to cater for golfers, having easy access not only to the course at Villamartin, but also to Las Ramblas and Campamor. Further afield, La Marquesa & La Finca courses are only approximately 15 minutes away, and the famous course at La Manga is approximately a 40 minute drive South. The golden sandy beach at La Zenia is only a 5 minute drive. The nearest town, Torrevieja, is a short drive away, and boasts a host of shops, bars and restaurants, plus a seafront promenade and marina. There is a water park (open in the Summer months only), and the area has numerous beaches, all blue flag, so you are sure to find one to suit your taste!

  • For xmas and new year add £50 per week.Booking is only considered when we have received a (non refundable) deposit of £100 per week. The balance must be paid six weeks prior to the holiday. A security/breakage deposit of £125 is required and this will be fully repaid on within 48 hrs of the keys being returned and the property checked for any damage or breakages.If you require starter pack ,high chairs or cot please ask for details
