Fully refurbished inside and out this excellent apartment is situated close to the centre of Salou. It is perfect for couples and families who want to be close to all the action. Situated in the tourist area of Salou its main features are: Communal adult private pool. Centrally located - no car required. Several beaches on the med within 1km. Easy access to Salou Nightlife & entertainment. 10 Minutes Bus Service to Port Adventura. The Costa Daurada, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Mediterranean, takes its name from the golden tone given off by the reflection off the beach sand. It is a land full of colour, contrasts, life, and fun. One of its main attractions is the coast, populated with tourist resorts and fishing villages. It has a total of 72 km of beaches with 34 European Blue Flags, in recognition of the quality of the sea.

Situated in the central tourist area of Salou the apartment is part of a recently refurbished block (we have other apartments available should this be unavailable - email for details). It is in a quiet side street where you can spend the day sitting by the blocks own private garden & pool or you can make your way one of many beaches nearby. It also has a rich and varied cultural heritage. Visitors are thrilled by majestic monuments and buildings from across the ages, including the Roman remains of Tarragona (10km from apartment), recently declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Tarragona is the second most important city in the world in terms of its Roman remains, and second only to Rome itself. Ryanair now fly to the local airport Reus from Birmingham, Liverpool, Stansted, Luton, , Bristol, Glasgow & Dublin.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Extra days after 1st or 2nd week can be booked from €60 per day depending upon availability and time of year. Rental rates include a €30 cleaning charge for linen & facilities at the end of your holiday. Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged. Price negotiable depending upon requirements.
  • A 25% non refundable deposit will secure the booking. Final payment is required please 8 weeks before the start date of the holiday. In July and August the changeover day will usually be a Saturday, but in the off peak periods we are able to be more flexible. Please contact us with your enquiry and we will see if we can fit in with your request.
  • Deposits & payments can be paid for by cheque or PAYPAL. Cheque is our preferred method. Paypal is only required for last minute bookings.

Entertainment & Beaches: Port Adventura Theme park - the second largest in Europe only 10 minutes drive away. Costa Caribe Waterpark next to Port Adventura & Aquapolis Waterpark in La Pineda (10 minutes drive). Fishing on the River Ebro only 20 minutes drive away. It is considered to be one of the best rivers in Europe. The tourist area of Salou is located just off the main coast road and beaches which stretch some 20 miles from Tarragona in the North down past La Pineda, Cap Salou, Salou, Vilafortuny, Cambrils, Miami Playa and the River Ebro in the South.The beaches of Salou and Cambrils are without doubt one of the resorts main attractions. They feature regularly in the top three cleanest in Europe. The fine, golden sand, the clear, shallow waters, the sheer beauty have captivated persons from far and wide. The Salou coastline is varied. Wide expanses of golden sand blend in with beach front hotels and residences, while other, more intimate beaches are sheltered by pine trees, pretty inlets and coves.

Food: In this region, the variety and quality of the fish and shellfish from the Mediterranean has given rise to a traditional cuisine based on the fruits of the sea. It is only natural, therefore, that specialities such as romesco, fish suquet, rice and a wide variety of seafood dishes have become famous and highly appreciated. Salou, Cambrils & La Pineda has a wide choice of establishments to suit all tastes and pockets and the resorts restaurants are known for offering good value for money. Social Activities & Nightlife: Apart from the local bar opposite (Jimmy's) establishments can be found in every corner of Salou, Cambrils and La Pineda. In Salou, the area around Murillo and Carles Buigas Streets is known as the Slammers, because of its multitude of lively music bars popular with the youngest visitors. In La Pineda they can be found around the area called 'Pineda Drink' and in Cambrils are scattered all around town. There are Pubs, Beach Huts, Music Bars and Disco's catering for all types of people and all tastes, giving everybody, whatever their age, the chance to have some unforgettable nights on The Golden Coast (Costa Dorada).

Ski: The Andorra skiing region is situated about 2 hours drive away to the North and features many exciting slopes on the Pyrenees’s.

Went for a long weekend and booked flights with Ryanair. Searched Holiday-Rentals for this flat.
Communication very good and prompt. Decided to go with this flat as there was four of us.
It was clean, well situated and overall good value for money.
