This property is a 2 story, single family home located on beautiful Newport Bay. Upstairs, the house has 2 bedrooms, plus a small single bed room and 1 bath. There is 1 bedroom w/bath downstairs. There is a king sized bed in 1 of the upstairs bedrooms and twin beds in the other. The third bed room upstairs contains a single daybed. There are 2 twin beds and a bath downstairs. In addition to the great water view of the Bay, the living room has a grand piano for your enjoyment. There is a large patio in the front of the house looking out on the sand beach and bay . A second, more secluded patio is located off the kitchen and dining room. All the kitchen appliances were replaced within the last 4 years.

Nearest Airport: Orange County - 3 mi, LAX, 30 mi. at 3 Miles
Nearest Ferry: this is on the bay w/small beach in front at 2 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Pacific Coast Hwy at 1 Miles
Car: not necessary
Balboa Island and Newport Bay are famed vacation destinations for all water activities including swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing and boating. Additional nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling and shopping - both at the village (a 5 minute walk) or at famous Fashion Island (8 minutes by car). The house is 2 blocks from the island ferry that crosses the bay every few minutes to deposit you on Balboa peninsula and the 'Fun Zone' (Ferris wheel, Merry-go-round, arcades etc.) or the 'big beach' for surfing. The town of Laguna Beach is just a few miles south.

  • $2000-$3500/week, $4000/month off season
  • The house is rented weekly and monthly throughout the year

    Winter (September 15 - June 15): $2200/week $4000/holiday weeks
    $4300/month off season
    Summer (June 15 - September 15): $4000/week

    A $90 cleaning fee and a 10% Newport Beach 'bed tax' must be added to all rentals under 30 days.

    A refundable security deposit is also required. Long distance phone charges are deducted from the security deposit
