Ownership:
You will be dealing with the owners, not a management company. The house is owned jointly between Hank Drayton, a retired Navy Captain, and his son and daughter-in-law Rick and Debra Drayton, who live in Princeville. Rick and Debra keep the house beautiful, and Hank and Gloria keep it full!

Comment #2: Our second stay at Christmas! We love celebrating at Hale Kipa! We are now calling it “Our house”. Enjoyed playing the Prince and Makai courses. Sushiblue is our favorite restaurant. Beached it at Tunnels, Kalihiwai and Anini beaches. Made almost daily use of Princeville Spa. Our tip is to negotiate the golf $$ at the Makai/Prince courses.
