Welcome to Marco Island, Florida! If you are looking for a place to rent in a tropical setting, you'll be impressed with this home on the Island. Built in the Old Florida beach house style it has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a heated pool, a spacious great room, hardwood floors, three car garage, screened-in pool and lanai, and all new furnishings. Our home is located just 1/2 mile from the south public beach access, and we include bicycles with chains for your use. The pool and lanai face south so that you receive plenty of Florida sunshine while lounging pool side. Marco Island is on the southern Gulf coast of Florida, just south of Naples and approximately 50 miles south of Fort Myers, the home of Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), which accommodates most major airlines. Marco Island is known for it's long, wide, fine white sandy beaches, sunsets over the Gulf, great restaurants, and generally laid-back atmosphere.

It's a great place for families, honeymooners, or vacationers that want a tropical getaway without the hassle of thousands of youthful 'Spring-Breakers' interrupting their stay. The Everglades are close enough for a day trip, and there are enough activities to keep you as busy as you want to be. Deep-sea fishing, golf, tennis, shelling, and boating are all favorite pastimes of Marco Island visitors. Naples, Florida is 30 minutes north of Marco Island and has hundreds of up-scale boutiques and restaurants Because of Marco's location south of the Tropical Zone, the weather there is much warmer and fair than northern and central Florida during the winter and springtime, and cooled during the summer from breezes off the Gulf.

Everything we had hoped for on our first vacation with our children (Ages 8,6,4,&2).

House was great and suited perfectly for our family. This kids enjoyed the pool, warm weather and the beach.

Location is perfect!! Jeff was great to deal with and made sure everything was just right. Look forward to renting from him again.

Thanks so much for allowing our family spend Christmas on Marco Island in your
wonderful home. It was everything that we had hoped for. I also appreciated
that you contacted us when we were on Marco to see if everything was ok or if we
needed anything else. This was the first time that we used VRBO and I couldn't
have been happier that we found you. Your home was just as you show and descibe.
Nice and close to the beach and in a wonderful neighborhood. The island is very
easy to navigate. We have to go back to check out more of the places that you
listed for us. Thanks again.

My family and I just had the best vacation we've ever been on. Your home is lovely with lots of great amenities. My husband especially loved the heated pool-and the kids had a great time walking to the beach and shopping for souvenirs at the shops nearby. The weather was perfect, too. It was great working with you and we can’t wait to do this again. I’ll be recommending your home to family and friends. Thanks for everything!
