This beach-close get-away is located in the beautiful Monarch Beach area of Dana Point, with near-perfect weather year-round. This upper level condo is only steps away from Salt Creek Beach, and a 5-10 minute walk along the beach to an outdoor coffee cafe, the romantic Ritz Carlton Resort and the Saint Regis Hotel and Spa (one of Fodor's top ten!). Gourmet grocery shopping is close-by, as well as numerous golf courses tennis and sailing. The condo is beautifully decorated with a very light, bright, airy feel (vaulted ceilings) and a private deck with gas grill, that overlooks a quiet greenbelt area. It has a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper, private laundry facilities, a full and well-stocked kitchen, 2 large color TVs with cable, VCR, DVD, and a CD stereo player. Bed and bath linens are provided as well as beach towels, umbrella and chairs.
