Located at 56th and Thomas on Phoenix Scottsdale border. Golf, Tennis, Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Casino, Paradise Valley and Downtown Attractions all a short drive.

Golf - Tennis - Walking- Swimming: Nearest Public Golf Course is Papago -- there are several public courses within a ten minute drive. Golf shops are close by. Talking Stick, at the Pavillions, is about 15 minutes. Tennis is close by near 56th and Indian School; Scottsdale Public Tennis Courts are at Hayden and Indian School about a ten minute drive. Walking is possible everywhere; Papago hiking trails are a very short dirve from the condo. Roosevelt lake is about 35 minutes. There is a community pool at the complex. All of the grounds at the condo complex are very well kept.

Shopping: Scottsdale Fashion Square is a short drive. The Pavillions Shopping Plaza is about a 15 minute drive. Old Scottsdale is less than a five minute drive. Tempe/Mill Avenue is about a ten minute drive.

Just Like Home!

My wife and I went to Phoenix to relax and we were able to that very nicely. This property is close enough to Scottsdale to facilitate getting around easily to the places we wanted to see. The condo was spotless, fully decked out with kitchen utensils and even food in the refrigerator! There was a high speed internet connection available to use. The two bedrooms were spacious. There was one king sized bed and one that I think was a queen. The pool was nice and the BBQ grill was quite close to the unit.

We were very satisfied and may well return again to this unit. It is very fairly priced.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo - the location is super and the condo is set up with Everything (and I do mean, everything) you could ever want for a "Home-away-from-home" stay.

Clean and tidy. Comfortable furnishings. Info books and brochures for out of town guests.

Can't say how well-thought out this set-up is. We now set our standard for other stays by this condo! What a find!!

Looking forward to our next stay!
