Lodge Details:
The Lodge has 4,500 sq. ft. of upscale living accommodations including 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, a huge great room with a stone fireplace... we supply all the wood you need. The large well equipped kitchen is located adjacent to the great room. The dining area is part of the great room and we have seating for 16. The large deck spans the complete length of the lodge with a screened porch located in the center.
On the lower level of Beaver Point Lodge is a large entertainment and game room. The game room is 20' x 30' and has a ping-pong table, pool table and a game board table. There is also a wet bar, refrigerator and microwave. Adjacent and open to the game area is the entertainment room. We have a large screen TV, VCR/DVD player, CD changer and a surround sound stereo amplifier.
Lake Details:
The lodge has over 1600 feet of lakefront and is very secluded on the 5+ acre property. There is a large level beach area and boat launch. Bring your boat or rent one from our boat rental provider. We have a fire pit and seating for your whole group. There is a dock and swim platform. We have 2 canoes and 2 kayaks that come with the rental.
Soft Maple Lake is mid way down the Beaver River. The Beaver River is easy to paddle with no major rapids or whitewater and is essentially flat water the entire 14-mile course. Soft Maple Lake and the Beaver River are excellent for fishing. Fish for trout, bass, walleye and more.
Snowmobiling:
Beaver Point Lodge is directly connected to NY State Corridor 8, which is less than 1/2 mile away. The trail is part of the NY State snowmobiling system and provides endless snowmobiling enjoyment on hundreds of miles of groomed trails. Enjoy the many secondary trails in the immediate area or travel to Stillwater (10 miles) and Old Forge (30 miles). Tug Hill and Brantingham are also directly connected and about 20-30 miles away. With an average 250 inches of snowfall per year, you can bet on some great winter trail riding.
