Cottage located on Sunset Lake, overlooking Oak Bluffs harbor and Vineyard Sound beyond. Open floor plan, hardwood floors, beachstone fireplace, wrap-around porch, and outdoor shower are just some of the features. Completely renovated in 2003. Property consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, new kitchen including dishwasher and a large table able to accommodate many family and friends. There is also a large living room decorated with a cottage flair. Enjoy watching boats and activities from the wrap-around porch and deck off the master bedroom.

Our home is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, yet it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. The ferries are just a 5 minute walk away so you can enjoy Martha's Vineyard with or without a car. A one minute walk to public transportation will allow you island wide access. Beautiful beaches are also within walking distance, including East Chop Beach and State Beach. Enjoy walking, bike riding or rollerblading down Beach Road along the waterfront. There is also a nice open park in front of our home where you can enjoy sitting on a park bench or engage in activities. For the golfer, Farm Neck Golf Course is also a short distance from the house.
