Sleeping accommodations includes 2 master bedrooms (one with a king-size and TV and the other a queen-size bed), en-suite bathrooms, night-stands/lamps, walk-in closets. There's also two twin bedrooms, with a pair of twin beds, walk-in wardrobes and night stands. Finally, there's a queen-size sleeper sofa. We really mean it- everything that our guests have asked for has been added to for further enjoyment, you'll want for nothing in this luxury villa in the Windsor Palms community resort of Kissimmee.

Our Villa Is Suitable For Relaxing After A Busy Day In The Parks. We Have 2 Coffee Makers We Offer Our Guests Free Wireless Broadband So You Can Keep In Touch With Loved Ones Or Work. Or More Likely Your Kids Want To Keep In Touch With Their Friends !! Our Villa Is Kept Clean, We Also Have Cool Tiles In The Living Area. Staying in this home added a lot to a wonderful vacation. It was absolutely perfect for us, we were travelling with my parents and our two children (8 and almost 3). We all had plenty of room, the kids really liked having their own tv's, which allowed everyone to have a little "quiet alone time" when it was needed. The pool and hot tub were great, we definately made good use of them (several times a day), it was awesome to be able to come back and relax in the hot tub after a long day. It was really close to all the major attractions and there were many great restaurants nearby. We are definately interested in coming back (hopefully sooner rather than later), and I have highly recommended our experience to all those who ask.

We couldn't have had a better time! It was the perfect getaway for the two of us and we totally enjoyed the Windsor Palms community. John's house is beautifully appointed and as comfortable as if we were at home - without the snow Thank Goodness!
We've recommended it to our kids and other friends and told them they can't go wrong with this lovely, hospitable place. Thank You John, we had a great holiday!

John & Mary - we stayed in your beautiful villa the first week of February 2009. Your home is just amazing. Thank you so much for sharing it. Everything was just perfect, except for the weather, which of course, no one had any control over. We are so glad that you recommended the pool heat, since it was only 29 degree in Orlando the week of our stay ... brrrr!

Thank you for letting us stay at your house it was an absolute delight. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed including pool toys that my son really enjoyed. The location of the house is perfect for Disney trips and close to restaurants and stores. We could not have asked for a better home and we will be returning as soon as we are up for the Disney experience again. We recommend this house highly - John is fabulous to work with.

John's place is wonderfully done. We were very happy with the set up of the villa. Our children used the pool and hot tub for endless hours each day. They even learned a bit of tennis down the road at the clubhouse. The high chair and pack n play were a definite help for our baby. Thank you, John.
