Location, Location, Location! Located in the heart of Vermont with picturesque views in every direction, this 1800's 'new to the rental market' farmhouse has been the main house of a working farm. Tastefully updated, but still keeping with tradition, this wonderful spot is located only 20 miles from Sugarbush/ Madriver to the north, Killington to the south, and Middlebury Snow Bowl just over the gap... you'll find yourself comfortably set up for taking in all that Central Vermont has to offer during any season of the year. If you don't want to get back in your car there's plenty of private trails and back country roads to explore and if you just want to relax this well-furnished getaway will give you a taste of the 'good life' Vermont has to offer.

One of Vermont's 'Post Card' Farms: The Old Harvey place in Rochester's Beautiful North Hollow also has one of Vermont's best views...Still part of a working farm and surrounded by acres of pasture land, cows, horses, ponds, barns, backwood trails and more!

Ski: Our farmhouse is located 2 miles off Route 100. Centrally located between some of the best skiing in Vermont we're just 17 miles South of Sugarbush/Mad River ski area... we're about 20 miles North of Killington/Pico or Suicide Six...and just 7 miles to the West is Middlebury College's Snowbowl with it's recently updated lifts and trails... Cross Country areas are also close by with the closest right out the front door.
