Beautiful Condo in a great N. Scottsdale location. Unit is very close to the TPC Scottsdale (home of the FBR open, formerly the Phoenix Open), The Ice Den and Westworld (home of the Barret Jackson Car Auction and the Arabian Horse Show). Easy access to highway 101. Like new, built in 2002 with all new furnishings in 2003. This unit has two patios and beautiful views of the McDowell Mountains from every room. High speed internet access. We are very proud of our Arizona escape and we're sure you will love it. Please note, we can only have one tenant per month so the rental price is for the whole or part of a month.

Location Location Location: We chose this area of Scottsdale because of the views and proximity to the 101, shopping, restaurants, golf and Westworld. The FBR open is on the same street and we are 1/10 of a mile from Westworld, home of the Barret Jackson Car Auction and Arabian horse show. The views from both patios are incredible.

Other Activities: golf, mountain climbing, horseback riding, shopping, swimming

My husband & I stayed the entire month of January 2005 in this condo. We found the unit to be in "like new condition". It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, as well as an abundance of towels & linens. The furniture was comfortable & clean, as were the beds. The entire condo project was very quiet and very well maintained. The location is most convenient and the views are truly magnificent! We would certainly consider renting this condo upon our next trip. The OWNER could not have been more co-operative & very friendly!
