The apartment is situated at the Marina in Punta Del Moral. The apartment has secured underground parking. It has a large rooftop terrace overlooking the beach. The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard. The lounge has a 2 leather sofas, dining table with seating for 6. There is a TV/CD in the lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker and fridge/freezer to cater for all your needs. There is a utility room with a washing machine. The terrace is accessed by doors from the lounge. Here you can find table and chairs, barbeque and sun lounges. With views over the beach. 10 minutes walk takes you to the local fishing village. There is a childrens play area opposite the apartment.

Isla Canela is ideally located to explore both Spain and Portugal. 10 minutes from the old town of Ayamonte, and surrounded by navigable canals, the island is a haven for a relaxed family holiday. The River Guardiana at the border of Portugal and Ayamonte has a ferry crossing for those wishing to travel to Portugal. Seville is approximately 1 1.2 hour drive away. The beaches are magnificent with clear waters. Restaurants, Beach bars, tapas bars and even English bars are within walking distance of the apartment. Ayamonte hosts numerous shops, tapas bars and restaurants and fantastic supermarkets. There is even a fish/Meat/Vegetable market where you can buy local produce to cook on the barbeque.

Local restaurants: The Marina hosts numerous tapas bars and restaurants. You will find food to suit all tastes. The Fishing Village is all Spanish tapas bars that has recently seen lots of additional restaurants opening up. At Playa Canela, which is 30 minutes walk along the beach or 5 minutes in the car, you will find more bars and restaurants. Annies Kitchen Bar & Restaurant is a fabulous place to go, with beach bar, and a large sea view restaurant, Please come and visit!!

Places to see: Ayamonte - old town. Really worth a visit to see the tapas bars and shops. Don't forget, the Spaniards all take siesta, so the shops close in the afternoon!! There is a small zoo in Ayamonte near to the supermarket. Seville - great city to visit. Be careful of the heat in July/August as this city is really hot!! You can drive there or get the local bus. Portugal - By ferry or by car. The local shops specialise in textiles, so if you want to take back any towels or linen, this may be for you. Also, tapas bars are really cheap here. Water Park - Approximately 15 minutes drive if you want to take the kids.

Golfing: If your holiday is golfing, this is the place. Being so close to the Portuguese border, you have the best of both worlds. Isla Canela has its own golf course, with Islantilla being close by. Golf in Portugal is only about 15 minutes drive away. We can also put you in tough with a guy that organises golfing if you need any help.

Clean, well designed apartment for 6.

Apartment was clean and sufficiently spacious with the roof top balcony a highlight. However it was much further from the beach than the 10metres advertised but was mostly otherwise as specified. A large number of small deficiencies were frustrating and lead to unnecessary inconvenience compared to expectations.
We chose this specific apartment due to beach proximity (it wasn't the 10metres advertised), and availablity of a BBQ, which was far too small to cook for 6 on and was very dirty and had no usable charcoal, which we could not find in local supermarkets, having no advice provided on where to get it. We also wanted two double beds which were there - a win at last! The minor irritations due to lack of equipment were topped off by the washing machine found to be not working and was not repaired during the whole week we were staying - particulary inconvenient when this was part of a longer trip. Ayamonte and surrounding area with options to visit Seville, the North of Huelva Province and Portugal were all good. Availability of information in the apartment about things to do and where to go was minimal.

O apartamento é bastante espaçoso e encontra-se numa excelente localização. A praia é mesmo em frente, com um grande e fino areal. As vistas são excelentes. Ideal para familias com filhos.
