A charming Cape Cod style house, situated on a quiet street just a short walk to the village center and harbor. It has three bedrooms, one and one half bathrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen all recently renovated with new appliances. A large garden at the back of the house contains a fish pond, bar-b-q area with picnic table and umbrella a detached garage for a car, bikes etc. is available. Its proximity to beaches, village and NYC transportation makes it ideal for a driving free vacation.

The town beach is located within walking distance of the house with a choice of other beaches nearby. The village supports a lively mix of local stores, antique shops, art galleries and restaurants. If you need a peaceful beach vacation in friendly fishing villages without commercialization, the North Fork is the place for you.
