W Yarmouth Oceanfront, the home is nestled on the sand dunes of a 1/4 mile private sandy beach on warm water Nantucket Sound. Private gated community also includes outdoor pool, tennis courts, and play area for children. Minutes from shopping, restaurants, and family activities. Equipped with bed linens, bath towels and all utensils including pots and pans for your convenience. Washer and dryer on first floor. The master suite has a queen size bed with your own private deck that overlooks the beautiful sandy beach. The sitting area off the master bedroom has a sectional that opens to a full size bed. Master bath has a walk in closet, double sink corian counter top vanity, a full size shower and a jacuzzi. The 2nd BR on first floor has queen size bed, 3rd Br/1st level has full size bed and twin bunkbeds. The 2nd Bath has an oversize walk in Shower/Steam unit, also with a double sink vanity. outdoor enclosed shower, Internet DSL

Wonderful week at the beach

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beach house during August 2006. The advertised description of this house and amenities are accurate. The house, rooms and beach are just as in the photos on this site. The kitchen was nicely supplied, including a huge lobster pot which was very handy. The sandy beach is right out the door. Adults and children had a great time on the beach; walking, swimming and catching small crabs and bluefish. Beautiful ocean views from many windows. Enjoy.

This was a beautiful home right on the beach. The setup was perfect for our two families with the kids sharing a bedroom. It was great having the pool right behind the house (although it would have been even better if it were heated). All the extra amenities including the outside shower and beach toys/floats made the stay worth every penny!
