The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the unit for privacy and each has its own bath. New kitchen and laundry make your vacation easy, central air-conditioning and heat make it comfortable, and a gas fireplace adds a touch of romance. Recently renovated, this unit has stainless appliances and granite counters and 2 parking spaces. Conveniently located in the near west end of Provincetown, you will be in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and nightlife. And the harbor beach is in your back yard!

The Best Place in Ptown!!

I have vacationed at the Sandpiper for almost 20 years and have always enjoyed staying here. Originally it was a fine bed & breakfast and now I stay on the top floor, which is a spacious 2 bedroom condo with spectacular water views and the best of accomodations. The condo is always clean, quiet and comfortable. It is centrally located and accessible to everything that Ptown has to offer. The owners of the condo are the best!! They are always so accomodating and truly care about your enjoyment and comfort. I would recommend this place to everyone. It truly enhances your Ptown experience with peaceful and comfortable surroundings. The water views are the best in Ptown, along with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets (both viewable since you have windows facing east & west) and the most beautiful nighttime view, with the star filled sky and the moon reflecting on the water. Staying here will be an experience you will never forget!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
