Our beautiful, private pool home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, all on one floor, with a games area in the two car garage, formal dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils, a family room and living room with cable TV, DVD, VCR and Playstation2. Each of the bedrooms has cable TV. The house is air-conditioned and has full sized laundry facilities. The private screen enclosed south facing pool and spa with available pool heat awaits you. The house has children's pool alarms, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers for your family's safety. There is a walking nature trail next to the house that goes around the lake which brings you to the sandy beach, volleyball court, children's playground, picnic area and gazebo. There are tennis courts near the clubhouse. Lake Berkley is located just south of US 192, off Oren Brown Road. It is ideally situated to use Poinciana Boulevard to the Osceola Parkway toll road for a direct route straight into Disney.

This house was one of the best houses I have ever stayed in. It has every thing that you need in a rental. this house makes you feel like you never left home with every amenities you need and more. I would recommend this house to anyone of my friends.

I can't imagine a nicer vacation rental. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I have 3 children ages 16, 13 and 3 and there was something for everyone here. The house feels like home not a hotel. It was very clean and well stocked. All amenities are in very good condition. Because of our hectic schedule at the parks , we only had the opportunity to use the pool one day, but it was lovely-very warm and clean (we wish we had tried it sooner). The owner's information book was very thorough, and it was wonderful to have the key available right at the front door( no wasting time in an office). I would definitely recommend this lovely home. We hope to return in the future.
