Our comfortable beach house was designed for a large family to enjoy or for two smaller families to easily share. With 6 bedrooms on two levels, three bathrooms and parking for four cars; 12 people can easily be accommodated. Pillows and blankets are included; renters furnish bed linens, towels, etc. Sit on our spacious deck and enjoy the cool comfort and views of both the tidal marsh and the ocean. Beautiful Wells Beach is accessible just across the street. Ideally situated for relaxing days in the sun and surf or as the starting point for all that southern Maine has to offer.

Wells has many fine restaurants to choose from, and visitors can find anything from fresh seafood and fine steak dinners, to casual clambake or lobster dining, to homemade ice cream treats. Enjoy the classic New England charms of sun, fun, shopping or feasting. Wells Beach is centrally located between the quaint Maine villages of Kennebunkport and Ogunquit and it's a short trip to the shopping outlet towns of Kittery and Freeport (L.L. Bean). It's the perfect location for a family vacation and experiencing all that the southern coast of Maine has to offer.

This condo is one of the cleanest and spacious units I have rented. Plenty of room, all the amenities you can think of, and directly across from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone.
