Wonderful house, great vacation!

We have rented several homes at the Cape over the years and this is by far our favorite. It was exactly as described and was the perfect fit for our group: 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more; the yard and the deck were great for the kids and the dogs.
The location was amazing - we walked to the ferries, we walked into town and of course, we walked to the beach! We really couldn't have asked for more and Cecil was a pleasure to work with - everything as promised and no hassle. He even called the first day to make sure we had everything we needed!
We would not hesitate to recommend the house and are hoping to come back again next year!

What an amazing weekend thanks in great part to your beautiful home. I can not imagine a more beautiful venue to unwind and relax. It was perfect. The kitchen with it's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances was impeccable. What a treat to cook in a gourmet kitchen with all the amenites of home.....and then some. The location is absolutely awesome. A short walk to the private beach for peace and tranquility or head off in the opposite direction to Main Street for great food and entertainment........who could ask for more? I truly enjoyed my mini vacation and would love to come back and experience the ocean waters. No matter the season, there's so much to see and do (or not do, if you so desire) while enjoying a warm, inviting, comfortable slice of heaven.

Cecil, in a word - PERFECT! From arriving to a spotless tidy house to having the private beach to ourselves. No kids, loud music, traffic, noise - just the sound of the rolling waves. Did nothing but sleep, eat, read and go to the beach. Since Jack was raised nearby, both of us have been all over the Cape and we think Chatham and Hyannis offer the most. Had a great dinner at the Daniel Webster Inn in Sandwich with friends who have a 200 year old house in Sandwich. You know how to run a "class act". Had everything you could want. Thanks for being on the "other side" through the eyes of a guest - greatly appreciated.

Absolutely Fantastic Week!
Your beach house was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay here comfortable! Great location, near everything. All 4 grandchildren had an absolute blast (my monkey-boys) on your private beach with pathway, rode their bikes along the street, played on deck and yard - great fun. Trips to shops, went to Hyaniis stores, around "Baxters" for fish - Pirate ship was lots of fun for "boys".
Great way to start Summer Vacation in New England!

A real find!

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at - we are definitely planning on coming back. The house is perfect for one or two families and those with children like us. We absolutely loved the private beach, and most of the time we were the only ones there. The house is immaculately clean and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The large deck was perfect to sit back and have coffee in the morning (and Margaritas at night)! The house is so convenient to downtown and the harbor that we often walked there with the kids for ice cream after dinner. We recommend going to Up the Creek and to Spankys for dinner at least once.

Thank you for all your attention to detail, we followed many of your recommendations on things to do and had a great time. The kids loved all the toys available, had a blast running around the yard and biking on the circle around the neighborhood.

There was nothing lacking. We definitely recommend this house to everyone and we are definitely coming back next year!
