Sunset Paradise is a magnificent beach front home located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Beautifully landscaped and decorated, Sunset Paradise provides a retreat with all the luxury and comforts of home. Our home is decorated with tropical furnishings, tile floors, a well stocked kitchen, and all the conveniences of home including free wireless internet and long distance service. With four bedrooms and four baths, Sunset Paradise comfortably sleeps 8 people with the possibility of accommodating 2 extra small children. The house is very child friendly with high chair, playpen/crib, and stroller available for your use. The 46' private swimming pool is designed for all ages with both 6 inch and 2 foot deep wading areas as well as a six foot deep end. The entire pool and patio area is surrounded by a fence for the safety of little ones. The grounds are lushly landscaped to enhance your vacation privacy.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $1,990-$4,790/week
  • Rate for 4th of July week is 10% higher. Florida lodging tax of 11%, a $225 cleaning fee, a $35 booking fee and a $500 security deposit are the only additional charges. Maximum occupancy is no more than 8 adults and 2 small children. Please add $75 per person in excess of eight people
  • Reservation and Cancellation Policy- To make a reservation, simply email your address, phone number and the time period you desire. We will email to you an reservation request form which outlines the rates, deposit, terms and conditions of the reservation. Upon you mailing the deposit check, my property management company will then send you a reservation confirmation and check-in packet. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival and the final payment must be made by check or money order. If this payment is not received on time, the reservation is cancelled. If full payment is received prior to rebooking, then the reservation will be reinstated. In the event of cancellation for any reason, refunds will only be made in the amount received if the unit is rebooked, if any, less a $50 cancellation fee. The security deposit is refunded approximately 45 days after your stay minus any charges for damage to the unit and/or charges for any long distance calls.

My family and I spent one week in Sunset Paradise. We were there in October. The home was perfect for what we wanted and the weather was fantastic.We had two small children and the setting was great for them as well as our adult children. The house was just what it had been presented as and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach.

The location of this house is great for family vacations. Close to grocery stores, the beach could not be any better and the pool (with the shallow end for kids - 2' deep) is incredible.
