Pelican's Perch is an upscale, luxury townhouse condo less than 16 yards from the water of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has 1,400 square feet of interior living area plus two large, 'L' shaped decks that wrap around the condo. Each deck has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the heated pool on the other. A new gas grill is located on the first floor deck. Local zoning rules allow 6 people to reside in the condo. These limits are strictly enforced. Free high speed DSL Internet access is provided. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an open water view. The second bedroom has new queen and twin beds. A queen-size bed pulls out from a sofa on the first floor. A large, six boat dock and heated pool are less than a one minute walk away. The dock is located at the mouth of the Key Vaca Cut, providing good fishing & easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean.

There is room to park three vehicles or two vehicles and a vehicle size boat trailer under the condo. If additional parking is needed renters may rent additional off site parking for their boat trailer from third parties.

The large heated pool is beautiful. The large dock is great for fishing and boating. Marinas, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. The closest beaches are about a mile away. The best local beach, Sombrero, is about a 5 minute drive. The condo is within a 5 mile drive of a movie theater, playhouse, several shopping centers with supermarkets, a K-Mart, more restaurants and gift shops. Also within 5 miles are two beaches, golf courses, and tennis and basketball courts. Drive another 10 miles and you will pass three more beaches. A pedestrian and bike path runs in front of the complex all the way to the abandoned 7 Mile Bridge, about 6 miles away. This bridge extends 2 miles to Pigeon Key Historical Museum. The 2 mile span is reserved for fishing, walkers, and bicyclists. The entrance of the complex is also about 100 yards from the beautiful Key Colony Beach bike and walkway.

This experience was amazing for us. The condo made our experience the best because it was so clean and comfy. It was a nice place to know we could come back to after exploring all that the keys have to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed everything the condo had to offer, including the pool, location, view, and spacious living space. We had a blast and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a good time in the keys.

Pelican’s Perch, what an incredible condo. The place is immaculate inside and out. Grounds are well groomed and the pool and deck area are spotless. What you see on the pictures and much more. Location is perfect, an hour to Key West or Key Largo/ Islamorada, 5 minutes to Sombrero Beach, 15 minutes to Bahia Honda, 5 minutes to Dolphin Research or Turtle Hospital. A must stop is the old 7 mile bridge for a sunset ( 5 minute drive) not to be missed.

Spectacular views from the balconies or dock where ever you look. Coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Everything prior guests have seen, plus we saw a Bald Eagle.

We have done the hotels (4) and a condo rental b/4, what a mistake. Pelican Perch is truly the best Key vacation ever, it gets no better. The condo has an extremely well stocked kitchen as well as a gas grill. We brought local seafood (Key Fisheries or Captains 3) most nights and ate in. Jeff supplied us with a extensive list of local restaurants and must sees. Check them out they are not to be missed.

The dock box has all the extra’s described as well as a beach umbrella (that Florida sun gets hot).

Only problem???? You have to come home from the perfect vacation.

Relaxing Getaway

It doesn't get any better than this. Relaxing on the patio or in the living room and looking out at the expanse of blue water. The condo was clean and had everything we could want. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook in when we wanted. The owner provided lots of info on places to see and things to do and how to get there. There were also recommendations on the best places to eat. Key West is only one hour away and provided a full day's worth of entertainment. Great beach access is minutes away. Crane Point was a fun place to visit. Loved seeing all the different kinds of wildlife. Enjoyed the dolphins at Hawk's Cay. The well maintained pool was a great place to get sun. All in all, it was very enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy beautiful weather in a relaxed atmosphere. Thanks!

Great Family Vacation

We were alittle wary of vacation rentals after reading some horror stories on the internet, but this place and the owners are great. Fantastic views, beautiful condo with everything you need , and conveniently located. Kids will love the fish, iguanas, lizards, the docks, the pool, and the mantees.

The condo was fantastic, there was everthing you could possibly need from beach gear to bbq's. The swimming pool is a stones throw from the condo and we had it to ourselves for most of the time.

The location couldn't have been better for exploring the keys and at the end of a busy day, relaxing on the balcony watching the wild life with a cold beer was just perfect.

The efficiency of dealing with the owner, made our stay very easy and uncomplicated. We felt very much at home as the area was so relaxed and laid back.

We hope to return one day.
