Very roomy place,  very hot oil heat (can adjust thermostats)  Air, and use wood stove also if you wish,  all new appliances, fire pit,  3 bikes available,brand new grill, has massage chair, 42' HDTV,  2 flat screens, high speed internet, Full Cable, phone for local calls, view the beautiful Windham Mountains   Near all restaurants, horseback riding, festivals.  Plenty of free cedar wood  to burn for outside pit or woodstove....6 beds in 4 bedrooms.

Snow Boarding at Ski Windham is the best! Enjf . : Snowboarding is a blast at SKI WINDHAM!!! Enjoy a lovely ranch style 2000 square foot house, roomy and cozy very private Country Style House. One mile to slopes and Town of Windham...  It Is very clean with new 42' HDTV in living room, high speed internet, massage chair indoor jacuzzi, outdoor hottub, can control heat to our liking. The place has new appliances, stove, frig, sinks, has washer/dryer, all condiments, linen, pillows , blankets, paper, provided.

Other Activities: Hiking trails, tubing, fishing , horseback riding

This private and beautiful house is very nice and cozy, has a very nice and clean pool, Jacuzzi, etc, It has a good and very friendly owner. I would highly recommend for everybody.

Worth every penny

Me and a group of friends stayed here twice this summer(once at the beginning and once at the end). You never know what you're going to get when renting online, but we were more than pleasantly suprised. The house was bigger than we even expected, incredibly clean and the backyard was absolutely fantastic. There is plenty of room for families and friends and the kitchen had all the things we could think to ask for. The deck area and hot tub probably was our favorite, along with the fire pit. Carol was a great host as well. She left all kinds of information for us and answered all our questions. Our second time back she even personalized a note to us with some more ideas for our trip. We definetly will be looking to go back soon !

Great Vacation

Our family rented this property for the first time and its a place we would want to visit year after year. Not only was the property beautiful and clean, it had everything you could think of to make your time there even more enjoyable (even if it rained!).

The house was secluded but close to town and the slopes. The owner was extremely nice and informative and really wanted to make sure everything was just perfect for us.

Its truly a place for everyone...Our kids loved it so much they cried when we were leaving.

A PLACE LIKE HOME

My family stayed here for a week in JULY '08. We had a family reunion to attend in the area so we were lucky to find this house. It was clean and very homey, with all amenities, even spices for cooking. The owner is very friendly and informative on the area, very warm and accomodating. The area is beautiful, we brought up our motorcycles and took in the scenery daily. If you are going to cook go to the supermarket and buy everything the first day as it is a bit of a drive , but worth the time so you can really relax. We all did a little cooking daily on the bar b que, and lots of salads. There are shops and a convenience store/gas station around the corner and a few places to eat also. There were 8 of us at the house 3 couples, my 89 year old mom and my 16 year old neice and the house was great for all. THE YARD HAS EVERYTHING--- HOT TUB, A CLEAN POOL WHERE WE SPENT AFTERNOONS, AND A FIRE PIT FOR THE EVENINGS. IT WAS WONDERFUL TO GO AWAY AND RELAX WITH THE AT HOME FEELING. We plan on returning next year and maybe for a weekend this winter.
I have vacationed for many years in many ways but I must say this was one of the best ever.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Felt like home!

Great rooms and fabulous bath with jacuzzi tub. House was very clean and kitchen had everything you would need to cook up a great meal. The BBQ was a plus. Great yard. We spent every night by the firepit..the kids and the dog loved it. It felt like being at home, but with a better view.
