Come stay in this charming and conveniently located townhouse a short 2 block walk from the back door to the lifeguard protected beach without crossing any major roadways. It's just a short ten minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Dewey Beach and a twenty minute walk to the Boardwalk and the restaurants of Rehoboth Beach. You are just a short drive to the outlet malls and tax free shopping. After a day at the beach or shopping enjoy a relaxing dip at the pool which is shared with the other townhouses at the site. On site parking for two cars. This townhouse has three bedrooms and one and a half baths. The master bedroom contains 2 double sized beds on the third floor with a deck and an in-room refrigerator. Two bedrooms on the second floor contain one queen sized bed and a set of single beds. Each bedroom has a TV and the combination living room/kitchen also has a powder room, TV with a VCR and a DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.2 Miles
Car: recommended
This location is a well sought after destination for people from MD, PA, DC, VA, NY and NJ. We are conveniently located on the ocean side of the highway between Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Near by are two state parks where in addition to the beach you can go hiking, boating and fishing. There are championship golf courses within an easy drive. There is an exciting nightlife to be enjoyed in both Dewey and Rehoboth with a beach atmosphere.
