Photos and Description of the Ormond Beach holiday condo 2 BR 2 BA, Sleeps 6, Great Balcony

Our condo is located in the Seabridge South complex. It has a heated pool and poolhouse, lovely landscaped grounds with seasonal flowers and covered parking. Our condo is an oceanfront end unit (2nd floor) with southern exposure. We also have a lovely, private wrap-around balcony that gets the morning sun. The sunrises here are fantastic. We have named our condo 'Sunrise at Seabridge South'. The quiet car free beach is across the road just steps away.

If you want to relax and listen to the ocean or watch the dolphin and sea birds or just read a book our balcony is a perfect place to do just that.At night the stars are brite and the full moon rising from the ocean is an unforgetable sight,

Seabridge South has a heated pool that is open all but the coldest days.The pool has a full oceanview.Our guests love the pool,the location,our friendly neighbors and our condo.The condo was completely remodeled in 2005 and 2006.

We just got back from Ormond beach. We were
there during the storm NOEL (Oct 27th thru Nov
3rd) It was windy all week and the waves were so
big. I never saw waves that big for so long. Other
than stormy weather the condo was perfect as you
can look at the ocean all day and if you like the
beach you just walk across the street. Plenty of
good restaurants in the area and I got to play a few
rounds of golf which is only a short drive from the
condo. If you want a nice place to stay this will
certainly satisfy all who come.

Even though there is repair work being done on the balconies we still had a very lovely time. This was our 2nd year staying here and we plan on coming back again.

Thanks, Jerry and Lynn, for making our 35th anniversary so special. The card and flowers were so sweet. I'm writing this in the Condo, because I don't want to forget to do it after we have to go back home. To 32 degrees (and that's the high!) and the snow that's forecasted. Yuck. We had planned to use the Condo as a "home base" for day trips. Once we arrived, however, we changed our plans, and have stayed right here. Just hanging out on the beach or reading by the pool is excitement enough. We've even been able to keep an eye on our businesses back home by using our laptop and a local AOL number. (For all you road warriors, both of the Daytona Beach numbers are local). I can't say enough good things about your property! It's more like a lived-in home than a rental! There's even WD 40 in the odds-and-ends drawer. Everything that could possibly be needed is right within handy reach. All of the details have been lovingly attended to. The complex houses happy, friendly residents who share their slice of heaven with us "snowbirds". I've never felt quite so at-home while traveling. Please be sure to keep a week in February open for me! I can't wait to come back!!!

We fell in love with Ormond Beach. It's great for a family that just wants to relax. It's as if you have the beach all to yourself! I even ask Lynn would she sale me her condo. She said no, but I can't blame her. Lynn, your a great hostess! I'm looking forward to going back in July.
