  • All bathrooms have been completely gutted and re-done over the last 18 months. Fixtures, tile, paint and plumbing are all in excellent shape. The bathrooms are clean, spacious and a pleasure to use.

  • All bedrooms are beautifully done, with beds and bedding of the highest quality. Sheets and pillowcases are all natural fibers, with the highest thread count. The goal of the interior design and decorating is to provide a feeling of luxury and sanctuary for each bedroom suite. The master bedroom suite offers views of Point Lobos. The recently-remodeled bathroom has both a shower and a separate Jacuzzi tub. A private patio off of the master bedroom provides ocean views. A TV is provided in a media cabinet. This bedroom has room for a portable crib for infants. The second bedroom is a complete private guest suite with its own bathroom and shower, views of the water and forest, and access to both the garden and a central courtyard. The bathroom has been recently redone, with all new fixtures. The third bedroom provides two twin beds with full ocean views. A recently remodeled bathroom and shower are located across the hall. .

we had the privilege of renting this beautiful home for the week surrounding our wedding in october 2004. no place on the planet could have provided a more serene and breathtaking environment to get away from the "pre-wedding crazies" and the owners were kind enough to allow us to hold our reception there as well. the pictures do not do it justice--you just can't describe in words or photos the beauty of the house and surrounding forest. we had a lovely time and look forward to returning for our 5 year anniversary!
