Great location 10 minutes from Ludlow and Okemo , 20 minutes from Killington area, and 30 minutes from Rutland, Springfield, and Woodstock. Comfortable farmhouse used for many years by vacationing families. Just off of Rt 100 on southern shore of Echo Lake. Side yard for lawn games/picnics. Walking distance to 2 fine dining locations, country store and church. Lake affords boating, sailing, fishing, swimming, on family shared beach and dock. Paddleboat, canoe, and rowboat provided. 70 acres in back for hiking and enjoying nature. Great wakling paths.

As Described...Very Pleasent to Deal With

Stayed over New Years Eve weekend with a group of 10 people (ages 24-25) and had a very nice time. The house doesn't come with anything special so be prepared to entertain yourself, but overall the house is very cozy and convenient. Nice living room area with plenty of seating and a nice fireplace. The kitchen is plenty big and the dining room was also spacious enough for our entire party. Very nice proximity to Okemo, about 7 minute drive, but I would recommend having an AWD vehicle. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this house if you're not expecting anything crazy.
