Beautiful waterfront family home located on the Great River. 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath with large open living/ dining / kitchen layout with soaring cathedral ceilings and spiral staircase leading to a loft. House is adjacent to a small private beach with playground area and public boat ramp with access to Waquoit Bay and Vineyard Sound. Walking distance to beaches (South Cape beach is about 1 mile), and conservation area. Easy access to New Seabury/ Popponesset area, golf, restaurants and shopping.
