Beautiful long water-views, high 14 foot ceilings in main areas; 12 foot ceilings in bedrooms, four bedrooms (1 x king, 2 x queen, and 1 x full) and 2 bathrooms. Approximately 2850 square feet air conditioned space. Master suite with king-size bed and luxurious private ensuite bathroom. Pool/spa and large deck space for full sun all day. Cable TVs (three), Sony Playstation 2 (including DVD player), stereo, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, centrally monitored security system, door alerts on outer doors (ideal for keeping an eye on young children), linens and towels provided. On waterway with easy access to the Gulf. Three car garage. House built in 1996. Children's toys. High speed cable Internet connection available ($20 fee applies).

We enjoyed a terrific month at your house. It was beautiful, handy to the beach and pool and jacuzzi were great!

Our family of 4 stayed in this home during the week
of Feb. 14, 2009. We had such a great time! The
home is absolutely beautiful! The pool and hot tub
area are great for people with children. The home
also came with lots of toys and pool gear for the
little ones to play with. It's very close to the beach
and playground at Tigertail. Nick is great to work
with and always responds quickly to
questions/concerns. We have rented from him in
previous years and will continue to do so. We have
already booked our vacation for next year! Having
a home "in paradise" to get away to with our family
has been such a blessing!

We had a group of 8 ladies stay at Taylor 1 April 12 - 19. We had a fantastic time and didn't have any major problems. The house was definitley big enough for the group and the private pool and lanai were perfect for relaxing. The beach is extremely close and we were able to walk and explore everyday. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to have a great vacation!
