Newly renovated this contemporary is well located for summer fun. The house boasts a great new kitchen (granite / stainless steel) and 3 brand new bathrooms. The open living room has high ceilings and a fireplace for chilly nights. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are two gorgeous Master suites upstairs - each with their own balcony overlooking the pool. In the back there is a beautiful deck for entertaining, a 20' x 40' heated pool with brick patio and an outdoor shower for after the beach. Other amenities include central air and a finished basement including a play room/ games room (pool table/ping pong) and a full gym with treadmill, bowflex, spinning bike and elliptical trainer, plus free weights. It is also convenient for guest overflow.
