Quiet block ending at bay side (third house from bay) and one block from accessible beach. Tennis courts, basketball courts and play area 2 blocks away. House is fully equipped with brand new air conditioning and patio area in backyard. Three full-size decks give residents perfect views of ocean and sunsets. Garage below house with second and third floor living quarters. Open living/ kitchen/ dining areas on second floor. Two baths.
