This is a large stilted duplex located in a tropical paradise. The property on the island City of Key Colony Beach at MM54 in the Middle Keys (near Marathon). This is a canal-front unit with a 37.5 step down concrete dock with quick easy access to ocean. Dock comes with ladder access and fish cleaning table and easy access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. The home features a large deck overlooking the canal (great place to dine). The master bedroom has king-size bed and guest bedroom has a double and twin. Pullout couch in living room for additional guests. This home is open bright and airy completely remodeled with tile in kitchen, living room, hall and bathrooms. Bedrooms have hardwood floors throughout. Televisions in every room, spacious closets and separate washer and dryer area. Fully furnished kitchen, and linen closet. Picnic area and gas grill with plenty of seating at dock for night fishing.
