Wooded setting with breathtaking views of Lake Michigan from all rooms. Unique architect designed four level home with three sides of ten foot tall windows provides a feeling of living in the trees soaring above sparkling Lake Michigan. Open contemporary feel with warm wood character. Three decks for relaxation. Located just south of protected Nature Conservancy land with miles of unspoiled beach and forest to explore. Access to no-bluff sugar-sand beach and sandy-bottomed Lake Michigan water is via 300 foot wide semi-private access across the quiet dead end dirt road. Location on a peninsula of land between Lake Michigan and Portage Lake means Portage Lake access and dock as well as deep water channel and pier are short walks away. Enjoy both Lake Michigan and Portage Lake. House located up on a hill, with great views; up a 60-some step stairway from the drive/parking area.
