This private home built in 1993 offers some of the best views in Frigate Bay. Overlooking the Championship Golf Course, the South East Peninsula, the sister Island of Nevis and the Mountains. From the large open great room you can see the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea, and the Capital town of Basseterre. Two large bedrooms with baths en-suite offer the best of all worlds. One looks out over the Atlantic and the other opens through French doors on to the pool. with a view to the mountains, Decorated in Island-style the two large beds were hand-carved on the island, the large dining room table is a mahogany antique with hand-carved chairs. The kitchen is large and open to the great room. Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, blender, gas stove and refrigerator. Built in the British West Indies Colonial style this home is surrounded by handmade Mahogany louvered French doors and windows to take advantage of the constant trade winds.

With the arrival of the Marriot we now have one of the most magnificent golf courses in the Caribbean. St Kitts has a little bit of everything. Friendly people, black sand and white sand beaches, rain forests, history, the oldest fort in the Caribbean, amazing food from the Gourmet to the local 'rum shops', 'Cat' trips to Nevis, that include lunch and snorkeling. And my favorite part of the island 'Green Monkeys.' You will see them in the forests and on the road early in the morning out on the Southeast Peninsula. Sometimes at Turtle Beach at the tip of the Peninsula. Always an adventure!

From the open Great Room, the Veranda and even the Pool you look out over the entire sugar cane valley and the town of Basseterre, especially beautiful at night with it's sparkling lights. Swim in your Private Pool or sit on the Veranda and watch the sun set over the town as the lights come up. . There is no better place for cocktails and dinner, with friends and family. If you want the true Island experience, this is the place.

From The Pool: You will float in the private pool and look out over the lights of the city at night and by day enjoy privacy and peace. From the Great Room you can see the the new Marriott and the Championship Golf course, Nevis and the South East peninsula. Turn to the West and your view is of the mountains, the sugar cane fields and rainbows.

Car Rental: We can take care of your car rental needs with Bullseye car rentals. They will provide a free pick-up at the airport take you the house or maybe the grocery store first. Carissa, Winston and 'The Professor' will take excellent care of you. They offer a good variety of cars and superior service. Make sure you tell them that you are staying at Krissy's house.

Golf: Golf is arranged through the Marriott.

Great value & great views!

Coming from the high cost of living in Hawaii, I found this property to be an excellent value. Stunning views south towards Nevis and north towards Basseterre. Short drive to the beach or to town. The Bullseye rental car staff was very friendly, met me at the airport, and showed me the way to the house (I followed them in my rental car). The house manager was on site when I arrived to give me a basic tour of the property. The private pool was amazing with great views of the mountains and city below. The high speed wireless internet worked great (the router is in the house) and was VERY much appreciated. The only problem encountered during my stay was the frequent power outages, which is something completely out of the control of the house owner and more to blame on St Kitts rapidly outgrowing its basic infrastructure. Would definitely stay here again!! :)
