One block from the ocean on Long Beach Island, New Jersey, the best beach for families as quoted on the Wall Street Journal, according to AOL's best beaches. 3 Bedroom/ 1 bathroom duplex with washer /dryer, NEW Upgraded kitchen in 2009, dishwasher,window A/C, outdoor shower, decks w/ patio furniture and BBQ grill, fenced in backyard (great for small children), parking on property. Do you get Spring fever? Get started on your tan, come for a weekend or a week at reduced rates. Don't forget Fall is a great time at the shore. The crowds are gone, the weather is perfect and the ocean hits the warmest temperatures of the year. Come down for the Chowderfest, enjoy bike riding, restaurants without lines or just peace and quiet. Family oriented neighborhood.

Walk to beach or bay!

This is a charming place, close to the beach and the bay. It was spotlessly clean with a well-equipped kitchen, nice deck and big backyard. There is a supermarket nearby which was a great convenience, as we like to prepare our own meals. We had a great time here and only wish we could have stayed longer!

The owners were very helpful and friendly and were an absolute pleasure to communicate with throughout the rental process. The house is in a quiet neighborhood of beach houses and is very relaxing and peaceful, but it is only a short trip to good restaurants, Fantasy Island, miniature golf and other attractions of LBI.

We loved been there. It was a home away from home during our Summer vacation.
The place was spotless, bright and very spacious. I have 3 kids, 13, 7, 5 years of age and we managed to have some fun activities every day...besides the beach that is...
The house was close to everything we needed..such as grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream parlors and so on..
It has became a tradition for our family to spend a few weeks during summer time at Luisa's place.
